- Turn the RØDECaster off before removing the SD card.
Mevo cameras quick start
- Set the cameras on tripods or stands.
- Press and hold the power button on each until the white light appears.
- Open the Multicam app on the iPad. Tap the blue +, choose Add Asset > Camera, then Setup on a camera listed under "Ready for setup."
- When asked "Do you have Wi-Fi for your production," choose Yes and connect the cameras to The KINN Admin WiFi, then tap the green Connect.
- If WiFi doesn't work, choose No and make one camera the access point: select a camera, configure it, connect, and tap Join when prompted. Then add the other two cameras from the blue + and connect them to it.
- Format each SD card from the app: three dots > Camera setting > Format SD card > Proceed.
- Tap REC to start (it turns red), then tap it again to stop.
NearStream VM33 cameras quick start
- Press and hold the power button on the back. The battery light flashes and you'll hear two short beeps, then you can let go. The LEDs blink while it starts up; when they hold steady the camera is ready.
- On the iPad, turn on both Bluetooth and WiFi before you open the app. The NearStream app can't find the camera without both.
- Open NearStream Multicam and pair with the camera. Flashing green means it's ready to connect, solid green means it's connected.
- To record to the camera, use a TF (microSD) card of 128 GB or less. Solid red means it's recording or live.
- Optional. For audio, run the RØDECaster feed or plug a source into the 3.5 mm input on the back. The camera's built-in mics will pick up the room, but they won't match the studio mics.
- To frame the shot, tap the tool icon in the lower right of the live edit view, then Image Adjustments, and set the zoom with the slider.
- Don't run more than three cameras from one iPad. The app encodes on the device controlling it, and three is the tested limit.
- When you're done, press and hold the power button until every LED lights and you hear a couple of beeps. You can also use Settings > Turn Off NearStream at the bottom of the app.
What the LEDs mean
- Flashing green: ready to be connected
- Solid green: connected to the app
- Solid red: live or recording
- Flashing blue: AP mode, not streaming · Solid blue: AP mode, streaming
- Flashing white: firmware updating or switching networks
- Multiple lights flashing: charging · Solid white: fully charged · One light flashing: low battery
The battery runs 6+ hours of recording or streaming. To charge, plug USB-C into the back; the LEDs above the audio jack blink while it charges.
If a camera is misbehaving, hold the power button for 4 seconds to reset, or use Camera > NearStream Setting > Reset to Factory Default in the app. A full factory reset is the recessed Reset pinhole next to the audio jack.

Membership policies
Billing cycles
Membership dues are automatically billed according to the payment schedule outlined in your membership agreement.
Pausing your membership
Members may pause for 1–3 months once during each 12-month membership term. Additional pauses aren't permitted in the same term. A new pause can be requested only after a new 12-month term has begun, following the completion of the previous pause.
Any approved pause months used during the initial 12-month term are added to the end of the membership agreement. Your regular billing schedule stays unchanged through the first 12 months. After the initial term is complete, paused months are honored as prorated membership time.
Submit your request in writing at least 30 days before your next billing date. All recurring payments are then placed on hold.
Cancelling your membership
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. Requests submitted with less than 30 days' notice result in one additional month of billing.
